Connecting outdoor-loving singles since 1989;

Alaska-based service open to all outdoor-loving singles, U.S., Canada and beyond. OSN welcomes hikers, bikers, walkers, boaters, gardeners, people who like hunting and fishing, kayakers, canoeists, surfers, skiers, photographers, mountain-climbers, desert rats, sailors, beach-combers, mushers, horseback riders, trekkers, spelunkers, explorers and travelers--from the leisurely laid-back to the most active adventurers.

Personal ads describe important personal traits, what one enjoys doing outdoors, plans and dreams, and a description of what kind of person one is seeking to meet--penpals, tripmates, new friends, and/or long-term committed personal relationships.

Members tend to be healthy, active, and respectful of the land, water, wildlife and other people. OSN encourages a diversity of ages, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, fitness levels, nationalities, and interests. The common ingredient shared by all members is a love of the outdoors.

Outdoor Singles Network has been connecting outdoor-loving singles since 1989. The service began as a hard-copy newsletter, which was published for sixteen years. When an online option was added several years ago, it became the preferred choice of most outdoor-oriented networkers, and the final hard-copy newsletter was published the winter of 2005/2006.

OSN service is unique. After your personal ad is listed, there is no middleman and there are no extra charges. Folks may contact you directly and you may contact folks directly. Online listings include contact information of the member's choice. First name, nickname, E-mail address and/or P.O. box suggested.

For security purposes, to place a personal ad, one must provide OSN's coordinator with one's full name and mailing address, and phone number or E-mail, upon sign-up. This information remains confidential and is never shared with others, but allows the coordinator to double-check information if questions arise.

OSN service fees are spent on site maintenance and advertising. The cost to place one's own personal ad is $20 for six months, $35 for one full year, $55 for two full years, and $75 for a lifetime membership. These fees support site maintenance and advertising.
